About Us

The Turkish League Against Rheumatism (TLAR) is the organization which represents the health professionals and patients in Turkey. It was founded in 1947. Since then, it has been the official member of the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) as a national scientific society. The aims of TLAR are to reduce the burden of rheumatic diseases on the individual and society and to improve the treatment, prevention and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal diseases as well as to stimulate and support education and research in the field of rheumatology.
